Wood Badge is the Boy Scouts of America’s adult leadership training program. Wood Badge is an intense learning-by-doing leadership training, making the participants work together, organize and develop team spirit to accomplish the tasks and challenges placed before us. During this time I became a member of a group, shared skills and knowledge, and became a member of an effective team.
